Our Applied Ontologists work to develop and update ontologies for customers, train customers to create and maintain their own ontologies with our software, and work with software engineers to create solutions for customer and internal projects.
The language we use to write ontologies is a dialect of Common Logic, which means that the ability to achieve a high comfort level with logic is an absolute requirement. Our company's primary focus is on developing and selling Knowledge Servers, which are deductive databases that use the ontologies we write to create "smart" database systems.
Because of the nature of some of our projects, any offers of employment will be contingent on your ability and willingness to gain and retain a security clearance.
